The foundation of KOSSDA’s governance lies in the consortium of depositor institutions. The consortium institutions not only cooperate in the acquisition of data, but play a vital role in the operations of KOSSDA through their official representatives. The Executive Committee, elected by the official representatives, functions as the top decision making body. The acquisition, preservation, and dissemination of data and related services are performed by five major operation units, three data teams (quantitative, qualitative, and literatures), service development team, and system management division, under the administration of a director.
